Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The successful candidate will be a servant leader with a current, broad understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including health systems, managed care, and government purchasing. Key responsibilities for the CEO include steering the organization towards financial performance, developing market-ready business activities, and providing people leadership to unify the team and culture. The role demands a forward-thinking, decisive individual with proven capabilities in sales, business development, and government procurement, as well as operational and financial leadership to optimize existing businesses and build new revenue sources. The ideal CEO for the company will have a bachelor's degree and a background in healthcare, government consulting, or related fields, with a focus on state government, healthcare, or public health program administration. Experience in professional consulting with a track record of contracting with government agencies, as well as a strong foundation in healthcare quality, value-based care, or quality measurement, is highly desirable.
