Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) EU to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the end-to-end operational experience for its European customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational strategy and performance, with a strong focus on AML/AFC operations, customer services, payments, MiFID operations, trading desk operations, and external partner management. This executive leadership position demands a professional with a significant background in financial services, banking, fintech, digital assets, brokerage, or capital markets, and a proven track record in managing complex, multi-functional operations within regulated environments. The COO will be expected to drive operational efficiency, risk management, and sustainable business growth, while also leading a high-performing team and collaborating with global and local stakeholders. Applicants for the COO EU role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, including significant executive leadership. A strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks, particularly in the areas of AML, DORA, MiFID, and payment services, is essential. The role requires a leader with a strong ownership mentality, the ability to scale operations, and a proven track record in improving efficiency and implementing effective governance and risk management frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a background in management consulting, banking, or trading, and possess excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience, and fluency in English is a must, with additional European languages being an advantage.
