Corporate Vice President, Claims Dispute Resolution

The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President of Claims Dispute Resolution to lead reimbursement dispute resolution and recovery strategies. Responsibilities include optimizing claims, overseeing health plan litigation, and advancing managed-care reimbursement initiatives across regions, including statutory claims processes, hearings, and other recovery opportunities. The role will develop scalable approaches to improve reimbursement outcomes and operational efficiency, working with legal and operational teams and advising senior leadership. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, be in good standing with a state bar, and have an MBBS degree or higher. At least two years of legal experience beyond clinical training and six years of claims dispute resolution experience are required. Strong strategic, analytical, communication, time-management, and prioritization skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively with legal and non-legal audiences.
