Group Head of Capital Management & Securitisation

The Company is in search of a Group Head for Capital Management and Securitisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and leading the Group's capital management framework, which includes annual and multi-year capital planning, allocation, and optimization. This role also involves overseeing regulatory capital calculations, forecasting, and reporting in compliance with Basel and local prudential requirements. The Group Head will establish and lead the securitization and structured-funding capability, as well as manage the investor relations program and rating-agency engagement. Advising the Group CFO, executive management, and Board committees on various capital-related matters is a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a strong focus on the Saudi banking market. Senior-level experience in capital management, regulatory capital, treasury, structured finance, or investor relations is essential. The role requires a strong command of capital planning, RWAs, stress testing, and capital optimization, as well as proven engagement with regulators, rating agencies, institutional investors, and Board-level stakeholders. Experience in executing securitization or structured-funding transactions is highly desirable, and a professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or FRM is strongly preferred. The position is reserved for KSA national candidates due to nationalization requirements.
