Executive Director

The Company seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic, organizational, and financial leadership in partnership with its board. The role includes building and leading a high-performing team, expanding the organization’s reach and resources, and serving as a credible public voice for its mission. The Executive Director will guide the organization’s work across faith, public policy, fundraising, communications, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a mature Christian leader who views the work as a calling and brings experience in senior leadership. Candidates should be able to provide strategic and financial direction, lead teams effectively, and support fundraising and communications efforts. The role also calls for strong public engagement skills and the ability to advance the organization’s mission in collaboration with its board and staff.
