The Company is seeking a senior product operations leader and Chief of Staff to help shape and scale a broad AI commerce portfolio. The role partners with product, engineering, design, operations, and business leaders to translate strategy into coordinated execution, establish planning and decision-making rhythms, and manage priorities and dependencies. Responsibilities include aligning initiatives across customer, associate, and enterprise technology experiences; tracking performance, risks, and resource needs; and communicating progress to senior leaders. The successful candidate will bring structure to complex, fast-moving work and help teams deliver measurable business impact. Candidates should have significant experience in product operations, strategy and operations, program management, chief of staff work, or product leadership in a large, complex organization. They should demonstrate strong cross-functional influence, executive communication, strategic judgment, and experience managing a broad portfolio of technology initiatives. Familiarity with AI, digital commerce, conversational experiences, agentic workflows, or platform ecosystems is valued. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven years of relevant experience, or nine years of relevant experience, plus three years of supervisory experience.
