Member of the Supervisory Board

The Company is seeking 2 Members of the Supervisory Board with a focus on driving the necessary transformation of healthcare, particularly in the context of elderly care. The ideal candidates will have a broad management profile and an entrepreneurial profile, with a strong emphasis on social and technological innovation. The Supervisory Board plays a crucial role in supporting the organization to realize its strategy and is actively involved in stimulating social and technological innovation to future-proof elderly care. Candidates for the Supervisory Board should be visionary, conceptually strong, and able to think outside the box. The role requires individuals who are sharp, yet connecting, and who can explore different perspectives with agility. For the broad management business profile, solid all-round experience as a healthcare manager and supervisor is essential, with a proven track record of driving complex change in large organizations. The entrepreneurial profile demands a strong innovation-driven approach, with experience in technological (AI) innovation in healthcare or comparable domains. Familiarity with the quadruple helix approach and a background in regional collaboration, particularly from the perspective of the societal challenge, are also key selection criteria.
