Regional Vice President, Operations

The Company is seeking a regional operations leader to manage accounts, managers, and multiple sites. Responsibilities include establishing operational standards, growing revenue, developing sales opportunities, controlling labor and other direct costs, and monitoring budget performance. The role also involves partnering with sales and support teams, maintaining customer relationships, overseeing account launches, and ensuring service quality through inspections and customer reviews. The leader will manage hiring, staffing, training, performance, and safety practices while communicating operational issues and progress to leadership. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have knowledge of janitorial or housekeeping operations, scheduling, human resources practices, safety requirements, payroll, customer service, labor and supply budgeting, and profit-and-loss statements. Strong organization, flexibility, multitasking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to lead and develop a diverse workforce. Applicants should have at least two years of daily experience with Microsoft Office applications. The role also requires a willingness to travel and work variable hours.
