Associate Vice President of Business Intelligence Greater Saint Paul, MN Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Business Intelligence to lead enterprise business intelligence, analytics, and performance reporting. The role will set strategy and a multi-year roadmap, guide the development of dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and advanced analytics, and advise senior leaders with clear, actionable insights. Responsibilities include building team capabilities and delivery practices, managing priorities and resources, strengthening data governance and quality, and promoting adoption of self-service reporting. The leader will also guide responsible use of artificial intelligence and ensure analytics solutions support organizational goals and sound decision-making. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related discipline, including at least three years of formal leadership experience. Required expertise includes developing analytics strategies, designing executive reporting and dashboards, presenting complex findings to senior leaders, and working with SQL, business intelligence platforms, and modern data environments; experience with Power BI is preferred. Knowledge of data visualization, statistics, forecasting, predictive analytics, data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI is important. Financial services experience is strongly preferred, along with strong strategic, communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.
