Tax Office Managing Director

The Company is seeking a Tax Office Managing Director to lead a 15-person office, develop the team, and grow its client base. Responsibilities include mentoring tax and support professionals, reviewing and preparing individual, business, and trust tax returns, and overseeing office operations, workflow, and deadlines throughout the year. The Managing Director will also convert leads and referrals into new client relationships and serve as a key contact for clients and the local business community. Candidates must hold a CPA or Enrolled Agent credential and have at least eight years of public accounting tax experience, including three or more years supervising staff. The role requires strong technical tax knowledge, a proven ability to build and develop teams, and confidence in business development and client-facing work. A hands-on approach to tax compliance and office leadership is essential.
