Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its Finance and Accounting Division and play a pivotal role in the firm's growth strategy. The CFO will be responsible for all financial functions, including A/R, A/P, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, investments, and financial planning. A key aspect of the role is the implementation of systems and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience with LIHTC, particularly in the area of Section 42 compliance, and will be tasked with creating and maintaining financial strategies to ensure the organization's assets and revenues are protected and contribute to financial sustainability and growth. As the CFO, the successful candidate will also be expected to manage risks, oversee lender activities, and optimize the company's various revenue streams. This role requires a strategic partner who can provide forward-looking insights, develop and monitor key performance indicators, and engage in proactive financial analyses. The CFO will be a critical member of the Executive Team, working closely with the Board of Directors, and must be adept at problem-solving and decision-making in the face of both internal and external challenges.
