Executive Director, Clinical Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinical Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising the Regional Vice President and the Policy Board(s) on the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, and programs. This role involves overseeing the organization's broad administrative activities, ensuring financial profitability, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with business development, market assessment, and the management of contracts, including pricing and expansion plans. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for advanced degrees. A minimum of 7 years' experience in healthcare management and operations is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational planning skills, be adept at team building and leadership, and have a proven track record in change management. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
