The Company is seeking a senior portfolio management professional to oversee the operations, investment performance, and strategic execution of a diversified real estate fund. Responsibilities include portfolio forecasting, performance analysis, liquidity and capital planning, quarterly valuations, and recommendations on acquisitions, development, refinancing, and dispositions. The role also supports transaction underwriting and execution, financing, due diligence, and investor communications, while ensuring compliance with fund requirements. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional work, mentor junior team members, and communicate investment performance and strategy to stakeholders. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field; a graduate degree or relevant professional designation is preferred. The role requires substantial experience in institutional real estate investment, portfolio management, acquisitions, development, or a comparable area, along with strong underwriting, transaction, and investment analysis capabilities. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are essential, as is proficiency with common real estate investment and reporting tools.
