Vice President, Business Intelligence Greater San Antonio, TX Area

The Company is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Business Intelligence to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, data accessibility, and solution delivery. Responsibilities include designing and deploying dashboards, reports, data products, and analytical solutions; translating business needs into scalable capabilities; and owning reusable semantic models and consistent KPI definitions. The role also oversees analytics platform design, performance, security, release processes, and enterprise BI standards. The Vice President will partner with business and data teams, guide stakeholders toward effective analytics, drive user adoption, and mentor developers and analysts. Candidates should have at least six years of experience delivering business intelligence and analytics solutions, with expert-level Power BI skills, advanced DAX and Power Query, and strong SQL capabilities. Required expertise includes semantic and dimensional modeling, performance optimization, security, governed self-service analytics, and establishing analytics standards and governance. Applicants should be able to lead complex initiatives from requirements through deployment and adoption, and communicate effectively with executives and business stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, quantitative, or business discipline is preferred; experience with enterprise data platforms and investment or asset management environments is also advantageous.
