Associate Vice President, Consumer IT Operations Manager

The Company is seeking a Consumer IT Staff Operations Manager to serve as a strategic partner and right hand to the SVP, Head of Consumer Bank Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining operations, aligning departmental activities, driving critical initiatives, and facilitating effective decision-making across the organization. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, program management, internal communications, and operational excellence to ensure the Consumer IT department runs efficiently. The individual will also be involved in budget and resource management, leadership and culture development, and governance and compliance initiatives. Applicants for the Consumer IT Staff Operations Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or executive support roles. The role demands exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as high emotional intelligence, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
