Category Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Diagnostics

The Company is seeking a Category CEO for Diagnostics to lead the development of a new business model that offers diagnostic services, including MRI, CT scans, and blood tests, at cost. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the diagnostic category, from defining the range of services to be offered to owning the cost and pricing strategy. This role demands an exceptional operator with a background in health tech, particularly in building AI-first, and a deep understanding of regulated medical businesses. The Category CEO will work closely with the CEO, medical director, and healthcare regulatory counsel to ensure that clinical decisions are in the hands of physicians and that the business is built around a foundation of medical quality, member experience, and compliance. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' of operating experience in a high-growth health care or technology startup, or in a relevant consulting role, and a degree from a top university in a related field. The role requires a candidate with a strong analytical and commercial background, a proven track record of end-to-end ownership, and a focus on AI and automation in their previous work. The ideal candidate will be highly ambitious, with a strong work ethic, and be comfortable with the demands of a fast-paced, fully onsite work environment. Key attributes include being book-smart, street-smart, people-smart, AI-native, high-agency, and having a strong sense of care for patient safety and quality. Experience in imaging, lab testing, or preventive health is a bonus.
