The role also partners with commercial and customer-facing teams, supports alignment across distributed groups, and prepares executive and board communications. Candidates should bring exceptional judgment, discretion, writing, and analytical skills, along with a strong record of execution and influencing senior leaders without formal authority. Business and product fluency—including financial metrics, customer data, and product analytics—is essential, as is comfort managing competing priorities across international time zones. Experience in Chief of Staff, strategy, business operations, or product operations is desirable, as are backgrounds in high-growth startups, consulting, or analytical fields and familiarity with software, AI, voice technology, or legal technology.
