Vice President of Accounting

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting to lead accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting functions. The role owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, multi-entity consolidation, revenue accounting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Responsibilities include overseeing global treasury and core accounting operations, managing tax compliance and audits, and strengthening internal controls and risk programs. The VP will also modernize finance processes through automation and AI tools, optimize the financial systems environment, and partner with executive leadership on strategy and resource allocation while developing a distributed team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, an active US CPA license, and at least 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of an accounting or controllership function. Required qualifications include public-company US GAAP experience, multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, international statutory and tax exposure, and deep knowledge of relevant accounting standards, including revenue recognition, leases, equity compensation, and income taxes. Applicants should also bring strong ERP and advanced Excel skills, executive-level presentation ability, and excellent English communication. Experience with equity valuation, business combinations, or SaaS and high-growth environments is advantageous.
