Vice President of GRC

The Company is seeking a Vice President of GRC to build and lead its customer-facing governance, risk, and compliance services organization. The role owns end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, including scoping, assessments, controls testing, audit readiness, and third-party risk programs, while serving as a senior advisor to enterprise executives and partners. The successful candidate will develop scalable delivery methodologies, guide the services team, support strategic sales engagements, and define performance measures for service quality and customer outcomes. They will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape capabilities and safeguards, enable delivery partners, and contribute to industry thought leadership. Applicants should have at least 12 years of experience in GRC, IT audit, or security compliance, including five or more years leading client-facing teams. Deep practical expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and third-party risk management is required, along with experience conducting audits and remediation programs. Candidates should demonstrate executive presence and a record of building scalable services organizations, including delivery methods, staffing, and financial performance. Experience in advisory, compliance technology, or a high-growth organization is valuable; relevant certifications and familiarity with AI governance frameworks are advantageous.
