Vice President, Technology Investment Banking

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Technology Investment Banking with a strong focus on the software domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of high-impact sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital markets, and debt advisory transactions. This role demands a deep understanding of the software and technology sectors, including vertical and horizontal applications, cloud infrastructure, and related sub-sectors, to provide tailored and insightful advice to clients. The Vice President will also be involved in client and sponsor engagement, business development, and will be expected to have a significant network within the industry. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus, and a proven track record in investment banking, particularly in the technology sector. The role requires advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A accounting, as well as the ability to manage and mentor a team.
