Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief AI Transformation & Simplification Officer. This high-visibility, enterprise-facing role is pivotal in owning the analysis, models, investment cases, and executive communications that guide AI investment decisions. The successful candidate will blend classic Chief of Staff duties with AI strategy, opportunity sizing, business-case development, financial modeling, and executive decision support. Key responsibilities include managing the executive operating rhythm, leading AI investment cases, building financial models, and crafting executive narratives for senior leadership. The role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong background in strategy, investment analysis, finance, or a related analytical discipline.
