Executive Director, Senior Living

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for a premier senior living community. The successful candidate will serve as the CEO of the community, with a primary focus on driving operational excellence, maintaining a visible and hands-on presence, and sustaining an exceptional culture. This role is pivotal in managing the community's financials, labor, and P&L metrics, and requires a leader with a strong background in upscale, high-touch senior living, particularly in the areas of assisted living and memory care. The Executive Director will be responsible for engaging with residents, families, and staff, and must be a polished, compassionate communicator capable of meeting the high expectations of the community. Candidates for the Executive Director position must have a proven track record in executive leadership within the senior living industry, with a specific emphasis on communities with a strong AL and memory care presence. The role demands a leader with an active California RCFE license or the immediate willingness to obtain one with company support.
