The Company is seeking a Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to serve as the most senior technology voice to its largest customers, prospects, and the market. The successful candidate will be a C-suite-caliber technology executive with a background as an enterprise Chief Information Officer (CIO) or Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a Fortune 500 or Global 2000 organization. This role is not for a pre-sales architect but for an executive who has a deep understanding of enterprise technology, including integration architecture, AI and agentic systems, data platforms, and cloud architecture. The Field CTO will be responsible for shaping how the world's largest enterprises adopt AI and automation at scale, influencing executive committees, and bringing field intelligence back to inform the company's product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Key responsibilities for the Field CTO include serving as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite, engaging with customer Boards and executive committees, and accelerating strategic deal opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation with measurable business outcomes, be a compelling storyteller and communicator, and be comfortable operating in ambiguity. The role demands a naturally curious and commercially minded individual, energized by helping customers solve complex strategic challenges, and capable of building and maintaining trusted executive relationships. The Field CTO will also be expected to contribute to product strategy, represent the company as a thought leader in enterprise AI and automation, and coach internal teams on executive engagement and strategic technology positioning.
