Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal support across commercial transactions, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements; advising business leaders on operational and growth-related legal issues; and supporting mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, real estate matters, and entity management. The role also involves responding to regulatory inquiries, supporting investigations, managing outside counsel and litigation matters, and developing contract templates, policies, and training. The counsel will partner with executive and cross-functional stakeholders, identify legal and business risks, and contribute to process improvements and other strategic projects. Candidates should have 4–8 years of legal experience, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and active bar membership. Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience is required, including work with customer, vendor, procurement, service, real estate, and other commercial agreements. Applicants should bring sound business judgment, the ability to advise stakeholders on legal risk, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and highly regulated industries is valuable; prior in-house work and exposure to transactions, litigation, and outside counsel management are also preferred.
