Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to set the strategic direction of its FP&A organization and partner with executive leadership to optimize financial performance. Responsibilities include leading short- and long-range financial plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and executive reporting. The role will develop forecasting methods, guide resource allocation, and provide analysis for strategic initiatives, investments, acquisitions, and capital decisions. It will also oversee operational metrics and performance reporting, support the quarterly earnings process, and drive improvements in productivity and financial processes. Candidates should have at least 15 years of relevant finance, accounting, or related experience in the technology industry, along with strong analytical ability, business acumen, and a record of delivering financial results and improving processes. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, confidence presenting to senior executives, and the ability to turn high-level goals into actionable plans. Applicants should be experienced in financial systems, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with expert-level Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills.
