Head of Slot Art

The Company is seeking a Head of Slot Art to own the visual direction and quality of its game titles. The role sets and maintains artistic standards across releases, leads and develops the art team, and guides creative work from initial concept through launch. Responsibilities include reviewing artwork throughout production and ensuring characters, symbols, backgrounds, animation, and presentation form a polished whole. The Head of Slot Art will collaborate with design, animation, development, and product teams, and address work that does not meet the required standard. Candidates should have prior experience as a Head of Art, Art Director, Creative Director, or in an equivalent leadership role at a successful slot or iGaming studio. A strong portfolio of commercially released slot games and a proven ability to lead and develop artists are required. Applicants should bring exceptional attention to detail, a strong creative eye, and a deep understanding of slot-game visuals and player appeal. High standards and the confidence to provide direct creative feedback are essential.
