Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations / Integrator to lead day-to-day operations and support the organization’s growth. The role begins with a transition alongside an interim leader, then progressively assumes full operational ownership. Responsibilities include translating strategic goals into priorities and measurable outcomes; leading budgeting, forecasting, accounting oversight, and P&L management; and building scalable processes across departments. The Head of Operations will also strengthen leadership accountability and cross-functional coordination, oversee people operations, and improve warehouse, production, facilities, and inventory processes. Candidates should have at least three years of director-level or higher operations leadership experience and 10 or more years of progressive business experience, including leadership in organizations with 20–100 employees and annual revenue of $20 million or more. Strong financial leadership is required, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accurate reporting, and hands-on accrual-basis QuickBooks experience with journal entries and inventory accounting. Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing operations and a record of scaling businesses through process improvement and strategic execution are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with rapid growth, acquisitions, EOS, and people development; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
