Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). The CEO will serve as the General Manager of the facility, with full accountability for clinical quality, business and strategic planning, financial performance, personnel leadership, operational effectiveness, facility management, physician relationships, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a leader who can ensure exceptional patient care, outstanding clinical outcomes, operational excellence, and sustained center growth. Key responsibilities include leading a culture of patient safety and clinical excellence, maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, driving continuous quality improvement, and overseeing the center's financial performance and business development. Candidates for the CEO position must have an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a minimum of 2 years' of leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Strong financial, operational, and physician relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive results. Preferred qualifications include experience in an ASC or similar procedural environment, multi-site healthcare leadership, and a background in managing budgets and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical success behaviors such as achievement drive, continuous improvement mindset, resilience, and strong communication and influence skills.
