Chief of Staff, Data Strategy Greater Seattle, WA Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and drive strategy execution across a data strategy organization. Responsibilities include establishing business review rhythms, aligning priorities and performance measures, and partnering on budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. The role leads executive communications, supports leadership agendas and stakeholder relationships, and advances organizational health, culture, and inclusion initiatives. It also coordinates complex cross-team programs, supports customer and partner engagement, and measures and communicates organizational impact. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least eight years of experience in areas such as financial management, business planning, operations, strategy, project management, or human resources, or equivalent experience. Strong candidates bring experience driving change, collaborating across teams, and building trust with senior stakeholders, including in ambiguous situations. The role requires executive-level written and verbal communication, independent judgment, and the ability to synthesize complex topics and balance strategic priorities with operational needs. Global program coordination and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously are also important.
