Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Greater Seattle, WA Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define long-term network strategy and lead large-scale network transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include developing technology roadmaps, guiding network performance and modernization efforts, and aligning business plans and sales strategy with organizational goals. The CTO will oversee technology engagements and deployment lifecycles, collaborate with customers and internal teams to advance innovation and automation, and build and develop high-performing technical teams. The role also requires advising senior stakeholders and presenting business and industry insights. Candidates should have at least 10 years of technology industry experience, including five years leading in a matrix environment, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant science or engineering field; a master’s degree is preferred. Required expertise includes large-scale network transformation, 4G and 5G technologies, AI-enabled radio access networks, standalone 5G core, cloud-native technologies, and open interfaces. Strong customer partnership, strategic planning, collaboration, team leadership, public speaking, and presentation skills are essential, along with an understanding of sustainability-focused technology. Exposure to early 6G technologies is an advantage.
