The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the overall performance of a treatment facility, including care quality, leadership effectiveness, and financial health. Responsibilities include directing daily operations across service lines, ensuring safe staffing and effective treatment delivery, and leading operational and leadership meetings. The Executive Director will recruit, supervise, and develop department leaders; set measurable goals; and strengthen staff engagement and retention. The role also requires maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance, improving patient safety and clinical outcomes, and supporting strong patient and referral-partner satisfaction. Candidates should demonstrate success meeting operational goals, identifying performance gaps, and implementing effective action plans.
