Executive Director, Community Operations Greater Seattle, WA Area

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of community operations, including overseeing daily activities, leading department heads, managing staff, and nurturing vendor partnerships. A key aspect of the role is driving occupancy through effective sales strategies, outreach, and market analysis. The Executive Director will also be tasked with managing budgets, ensuring financial performance, and upholding key reporting standards. Championing the resident experience, safety, compliance, and brand standards is essential, as is the ability to serve as a Manager on Duty when required.
