The Company is seeking a Relationship Executive for its Life Sciences Banking team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the commercial banking sector, with a focus on growing and retaining profitable relationships within the life sciences and specialized industries. This role is pivotal in client acquisition and maintaining relationships with innovative companies. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, enjoy building relationships, and be adept at providing financial advice. Responsibilities include demonstrating the ability to build a strong market brand, developing new business, and championing a culture of innovation. The role demands a relentless focus on seeking out diverse and innovative clients, as well as the ability to manage risk effectively. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' related experience, a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, and excellent sales management and business development skills. Proficiency in client relationship management, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to establish credibility with senior partners are essential. The role requires a self-directed, proactive individual with a creative approach and the ability to navigate ambiguity. A passion for innovation, the start-up ecosystem, and entrepreneurship is a must. The candidate should be a strong team player, with a desire to contribute to a national team of like-minded, passionate innovation economy bankers. A Bachelor's degree and formal credit training are preferred, and the candidate must have or be willing to obtain FINRA Series 79, 63, and Securities Industry Essentials licenses within 180 days of hire.
