Associate, Corporate Actions, Wealth Management Operations, Vickers Operations, Consumer Banking Operations, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is seeking an Associate to support the day-to-day delivery of corporate actions operations, including end-to-end processing of dividends, rights issues, and other entitlement events. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely post-trade, payment, and settlement activities; reviewing reconciliations and exceptions; and providing guidance on complex or time-sensitive cases. The role also owns operational risk and controls, supports audits and remediation, and coordinates with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to resolve issues. The Associate will contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, automation, and the implementation of new products, markets, and regulatory changes. Candidates should hold a degree or diploma and have 2–5 years of relevant banking operations experience, preferably in corporate actions or securities operations. A strong understanding of corporate action events and post-trade processes, a sound control mindset, and close attention to detail are required. Applicants should communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, work well under tight deadlines, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
