Associate Vice President, Full Stack Developer, Group Wealth Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Full Stack Developer to build and support backend services and frontend applications for wealth and trading workflows. Responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders to shape requirements, developing Java-based microservices and responsive React applications, and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle from design through deployment and production support. The role also involves troubleshooting business-critical systems, implementing automated testing and CI/CD practices, participating in code reviews, and improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability. Candidates should have at least 10 years of enterprise Java/J2EE software engineering experience, strong Spring ecosystem and microservices expertise, and experience delivering across the full SDLC in Agile teams. Required technical skills include REST APIs, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, state management, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging systems such as MQ or Kafka. Familiarity with engineering and DevOps tools, along with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, is essential. Experience in wealth management, capital markets, or investment and trading platforms is preferred.
