Vice President of Engineering Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering or Senior Engineering Director to lead strategic engineering initiatives across core products. The role sets technical direction, strengthens collaboration across engineering and product functions, and improves how teams plan, build, and operate critical systems. Responsibilities include refining organizational structures and workflows, developing engineering leaders, guiding architecture decisions, and championing standards for software quality, testing, deployment, observability, security, and reliability. The leader will partner with product and business teams to shape technical roadmaps, manage delivery risks, and support predictable product releases. Candidates should have at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including five or more years leading multi-tiered teams of 50 or more engineers at Director or Vice President level in high-scale product environments. They should bring broad technical expertise, sound architectural judgment, and a record of delivering complex, multi-team programs in fast-growing technology settings. Experience in high-availability, low-latency, or mission-critical domains is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus across business, product, and technical teams.
