Vice President, Full Stack Engineering Lead, FX/FXD, Wealth Management Technology, Group Technology Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Full Stack Engineering Lead with a focus on FX and FXD products and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technical vision, architectural strategy, and delivery execution of a next-generation engineering ecosystem. This role is pivotal in aligning FX product lines and enhancing both employee and client journeys through the development of robust capabilities, shared platform services, and high-performance execution workflows. The ideal candidate should be a strategic, hands-on engineering leader with a deep understanding of FX and FXD domains, as well as expertise in scalable, cloud-native, high-throughput full-stack platforms. Key responsibilities for this role include architectural leadership and evolution towards a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture, identifying architectural commonalities across various FX products, and leading the technical execution of engineering squads. The role also involves designing and optimizing low-latency FX transaction flows, championing resilient server-side architectures, and integrating market data and analytics into the FX transaction lifecycle. The candidate should have a proven track record in enterprise financial environments, full-stack technical mastery, and a strong commitment to resilient engineering practices. Innovation-driven individuals with experience in AI coding tools and a background in Agile or cloud certifications are highly valued. Academic and professional credentials in computer science, software engineering, or related technical disciplines are required.
