Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the senior leadership, responsible for providing strategic financial insight, developing and executing financial strategies that align with the business plan, and supporting the Cooperative's long-term goals. This role requires a collaborative leader with a strong financial background, including a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years' experience in finance and accounting, and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. The CFO will lead the Planning and Finance Division, overseeing a team of professionals, and ensuring the effective operation of financial functions to meet the evolving needs of the Cooperative and its members. Key responsibilities for the CFO include executive-level financial guidance, monitoring financial performance, and establishing measures to support decision-making. The successful candidate will be adept at evaluating financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing effective strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, as is proficiency in computer technology and spreadsheet analysis. The CFO will also be involved in fostering a collaborative work environment, representing the company in various activities, and building trusted relationships with employees, the Board of Directors, and industry partners.
