Regional Vice President

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to develop and execute a regional business plan, lead branch performance, and build strong relationships with members, businesses, and community partners. Responsibilities include translating strategic goals into sales, service, business development, and marketing plans; recruiting, coaching, and developing branch teams; and monitoring profitability, productivity, service quality, and growth. The role also involves managing budgets, partnering with underwriting and operations to monitor portfolio quality and support balanced credit decisions, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. Candidates should have at least five years of progressively responsible management experience in a financial institution and a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or two years of related work experience. A demonstrated record of business growth, sales coaching, and team development is required, along with strong financial analysis, communication, and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain required NMLS registration. Experience leading multiple locations, developing business, analyzing financial performance, or exercising underwriting or credit authority is preferred.
