Non-Executive Director (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking three Non-Executive Directors to join its Board. The ideal candidates will bring experience in one of the following areas: clinical, people and culture, or commercial. Clinical candidates may have a background in medicine, nursing, midwifery, or another health profession. Those with a focus on people and culture should have experience in workforce, organizational development, or culture change, and commercial candidates should have strategic, commercial, or transformation experience, particularly in research, innovation, or digital. While NHS experience is not a requirement, the company values independence of mind, curiosity, a willingness to ask difficult questions, and alignment with its values.
