Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership and support long-term financial sustainability, strong governance, and commercial performance. The role includes leading financial and strategic planning, overseeing reporting, forecasting, controls, budgeting, and cash flow management, and developing the investment strategy. The CFO will provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support executive decision-making, while improving systems, processes, and data-driven practices. They will also lead and develop the finance function, strengthen business partnering, and collaborate across the organization to support growth and transformation. Candidates should hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification and bring significant senior finance leadership experience in a complex organization. They will need a strong record in strategic financial planning, commercial decision-making, and influencing at board level, alongside sound technical expertise and commercial judgment. Experience leading change and transformation is important, as are the ability to build a high-performing finance team and influence stakeholders across the organization.
