Dean of the School of Nursing

The Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Nursing to provide strategic leadership and oversight of academic programs, faculty, accreditation, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and strength of all academic programs, monitoring trends in nursing education, and upholding federal, state, and accreditation regulations. This role involves overseeing the hiring and development of a diverse faculty, managing resources, and working with institutional leaders to set and implement annual goals. The Dean will also be the Program Administrator for the Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and must be committed to the mission and values of the institution, including inclusion, access, and diversity. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's School of Nursing must have an earned doctorate and a strong academic record, with a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in academic or administrative leadership within a nursing division or school. The role requires a deep understanding of the instructional, research, and creative needs of nursing programs, as well as a proven track record in faculty and staff development, budget management, and promoting college and community relations. The ideal candidate will have a history of successful collaboration with various stakeholders and the ability to effectively represent the institution to external constituents.
