Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to partner with executive leadership during a period of rapid organic and acquisition-led growth. The CFO will strengthen the finance function by building scalable reporting, controls, and operational infrastructure, while leading financial planning and acquisition integration. The role also includes assessing acquisition opportunities and serving as the primary financial contact for the board, investors, lenders, and external advisors. The successful candidate will help guide the organization’s growth strategy and prepare the business for its next stage of development. Candidates should bring 10 or more years of finance leadership experience, including CFO or senior finance leadership in a private-equity-backed business and experience completing an exit. Required expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, acquisition integration, target assessment, and investment-banking selection. Experience in commercial or residential services is valuable, with exposure to HVAC or electrical services preferred but not essential.
