Vice President, Business Banking Officer Greater St. Louis, MO Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Banking Officer to provide banking services to small businesses and develop lending relationships. Responsibilities include sourcing new clients, growing relationships with existing clients, and meeting annual sales goals for loans, deposits, and fees. The role also involves creating marketing plans, training branch staff on business services, assessing customer needs, reviewing basic financial information, and preparing sales reports. The officer will work with branch managers to service business credit portfolios, manage delinquencies, and proactively address maturing loans. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred, along with at least seven years of small-business loan development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have knowledge of SBA programs and experience spreading financial statements and assessing global cash flow. Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment is preferred.
