The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to shape enterprise strategy and accelerate growth across its business units. The role advises senior executives, translating market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry dynamics into growth strategies and actionable plans. Responsibilities include leading strategy projects, evaluating market opportunities and entry strategies, aligning cross-functional leaders around strategic initiatives, and facilitating executive planning sessions. The Vice President will also support acquisition and partnership assessments, annual strategic planning, financial model reviews, and preparation of executive and board materials. Candidates should have at least 10 years of strategy experience, including three or more years at a top-tier management consulting firm, and a record of leading complex, cross-enterprise projects with global stakeholders. Strong quantitative and financial analysis, advanced use of generative AI tools for strategic work, and the ability to align teams around enterprise initiatives are required. Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills are essential. An MBA is encouraged but not required; experience in financial services, fintech, data and analytics, HR technology, or HR services is an advantage.
