Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data and AI to lead the execution, adoption, governance, and value realization of its enterprise data and AI strategy. The role oversees data platforms, AI capabilities, governance, business intelligence, and enablement, while setting priorities, operating models, investment plans, and responsible AI controls. The executive will ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value, manage portfolio performance and budgets, and guide platform development and vendor relationships. They will also build and lead a global organization, align cross-functional stakeholders, and provide clear accountability for outcomes, risks, and delivery. Candidates should have 15 or more years of relevant experience in data, AI/ML, engineering, or platform leadership, including at least eight years managing employees and executive accountability for delivery. Required qualifications include experience overseeing a substantial operating budget and investment portfolio, a record of measurable value from data and AI initiatives, and deep knowledge of modern data architecture, AI deployment, governance, and responsible AI in regulated environments. Familiarity with cloud and AI cost management, strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required; a master’s or postgraduate degree is also required. Experience leading globally distributed teams or transformation through major business change is preferred.
