Senior Vice President, Retail Banking

The Company is seeking an SVP, Retail Banking to provide strategic and operational leadership for its retail franchise, including branches, markets, and the call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating enterprise strategy into market and channel-level goals, establishing a consistent sales and service model, and ensuring retail growth, customer experience, operational discipline, risk management, and talent development. This role involves leading through Branch Managers and functional leaders, aligning resources with business priorities, and partnering across the organization to deliver sustainable growth and a consistent employee and customer experience. Key responsibilities for the SVP, Retail Banking include owning various retail goals, monitoring performance, contributing to financial performance, and leading recommendations for branch strategy. The role also encompasses operations, service, and risk management, as well as talent and enterprise leadership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' retail banking or financial services experience, with a proven track record in delivering results and leading geographically dispersed teams. Strong knowledge of branch operations, risk management, and retail banking regulations is essential, as is the ability to lead leaders, manage performance, and influence cross-functional partners. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with advanced banking education preferred, and experience with digital banking channels and contact center operations is a plus.
