Executive Director of Corporate Services

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Corporate Services to provide strategic leadership across a diverse range of functions, including people, communications, IT, data, performance, and improvement. This role is pivotal in driving the corporate plan, enhancing organizational capability, and ensuring that high-quality information and performance data underpin effective decision-making and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive and other executive colleagues to lead transformation and change, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensure that the organization's ambitions are met with a focus on tangible outcomes. Candidates for this executive position should have a professional background that demonstrates the ability to lead organization-wide changes and deliver improvements within a complex, regulated environment. While experience in social housing is desirable, it is not essential.
