The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall technological vision, strategy, and implementation, working closely with the commercial managing director to develop a scalable platform model. This role involves designing, evolving, and scaling a robust tech architecture, as well as building and leading a high-performing engineering team. The CTO will also be in charge of establishing modern development standards, ensuring the platform's time-to-market, scalability, security, and performance, and will have the freedom to make technology decisions in line with business goals. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a strong background in the development and scaling of new business models, with previous experience in a technical leadership role within a startup or high-growth environment. A proven track record in building scalable digital products, particularly platforms or SaaS, is essential.
