Head of HR

The Company is in search of a Human Resources Director to lead and enhance the HR function at its large-scale manufacturing plant in Southern Thailand. This pivotal role involves shaping both operational and strategic HR initiatives, with a focus on driving organizational transformation and fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.
